Hamilton Small Group Classes
We are currently running 2 types of Small Group Classes:
Flourish Strength (5 spots per class).
Flourish Full Body Mobility (10 spots per class).
Flourish Strength will be taking people through their individualised training programmes. Therefore in order to partake you must first become a member.
Flourish Fully Body Mobility goes through the entires body’s skeletal muscles with a series of movements. Anyone can join this class.
We are creating an inclusive space that lifts people up, so welcome each other, encourage each other, and grow together.
