Small Group Sessions (S&C). 

Within the Strength & Conditioning Small Group Sessions, everyone will be working through their individualised training programme.

We are creating an inclusive space that lifts people up, so welcome each other, encourage each other, and grow together. Small group sessions contain 1-3 people and follow a similar structure: warm-up, core work, individualised programme, pad work.
